About us

Liljana Kaci – Founder

Real care. Safe space. Deep healing.

We’re Not Just Therapists—We’re Human Beings Who Understand Healing Takes Time

At Liljana’s Practice, we believe therapy isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong”—it’s about honoring what you’ve been through and creating space for what’s possible. We serve adults and couples across Connecticut, Georgia, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island with trauma-informed care that meets you exactly where you are—without judgment, pressure, or shame.

Founded by Liljana Kaci, LCSW, our practice was built on a deeply personal belief: healing is not linear, but it is possible. After navigating her own journey through depression and emotional trauma, Liljana created this space so others could access the kind of therapy that’s validating, culturally sensitive, and rooted in real connection—not clinical coldness.

We work with individuals who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in cycles they can’t seem to break. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, or just trying to stay afloat—our goal is to offer you something deeper than surface-level support.

Our therapists use proven approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, CBT, and mind-body awareness techniques to help you reconnect with your sense of self, safety, and emotional clarity. But just as important as what we do is how we do it—with softness, care, and cultural humility.

This is more than just therapy. It’s a relationship built on trust, attunement, and hope.
