Older Adult Women’s Support Group

A warm, supportive, body-positive space for women.

You have spent years caring for others. Now it's time to care for yourself.

Growing older is a privilege—but it isn’t always easy. Women are often expected to age gracefully, quietly, and while continuing to care for everyone else. Meanwhile, our bodies change, our roles shift, our relationships evolve, and we may find ourselves asking:

What do I need now?

This therapy group is a warm, supportive, and body-positive space where older women can connect with others who truly understand the unique challenges and opportunities of this stage of life.

Together we’ll explore:

  • Navigating life’s transitions with confidence
  • Emotional wellness and self-care
  • Identity, purpose, and personal growth
  • Health, aging, and body acceptance
  • Relationships, caregiving, and boundaries
  • Grief, loss, and resilience
  • Building meaningful connections with other women

Through guided discussion, mutual support, and evidence-based therapeutic techniques, participants will develop practical tools for managing stress, strengthening resilience, and prioritizing their own mental health in a compassionate, judgment-free environment.
