Welcome to #BeTheMedicine
Attending a therapist retreat, l had the option to pick a card with an inspirational quote written by our retreat leader, Tamala Floyd.

My card read: You are the medicine. Use it!
The words truly inspired me and touched my heart.
We can all be the medicine for each other when any of us is hurting.
We can all add beauty and kindness to each-other’s lives.
