I use a trauma-informed, collaborative, direct, client-in-environment approach. This
means that I think about each of us as a product of the systems that we grew up in – the
people who raised us, our love interests, our neighborhoods, our extended family, our friend

My Philosophy
Choosing to enter therapy is a brave act of self-care. As a clinician, I do my best to provide a
safe environment where you can open up at a rate you are comfortable with. I do my part to
help add some new tools to your toolkit to help you improve your ability to navigate life’s
challenges, but ultimately, the journey is yours, so you set the pace. Let’s see where it can
take you!
