About

Of course, sometimes life can be difficult. And for some of us, life has been difficult all along. Psychotherapy has the potential to not only address the difficulties that we experience but also has the potential to help us find a way to integrate healing so that we may experience joy and vitality again – or maybe even for the first time. I am happy to work with individuals, families and couples who are interested in exploring and understanding how they may be able to heal wounds, create stability and forge new and meaningful paths and/or relationships in their lives.

I have experience as a psychotherapist, teacher and homeschooling parent. After almost 20 years in these worlds, I bring warmth, compassion, keen observation, empathy, therapeutic techniques and an ability to develop partnerships with clients so that, together, we can focus on and work towards their goals.

It has been my privilege and honor to assist my clients in making progress and flourishing in ways that are important to them. It is my passion to continue doing this work as I enjoy meeting each client wherever they are at, while always keeping my eyes on new treatments in the field so that I can offer the best care possible. I hope you will reach out!
